Eunsley Park is an exciting, award-winning British/South Korean violinist based in London.
Eunsley maintains a regular performing schedule, and has performed in prestigious concert halls and venues throughout the UK and internationally including: the Wigmore Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Bridgewater Hall,
Southbank - Purcell Room, Cadogan Hall, St John's Smith Square, and the House of Lords, the Philharmonic Hall (Warsaw), Rachmaninov Hall (Moscow), Konserthuset (Stockholm), Palacio de Festivales (Cantabria),
Orford Arts Centre (Canada), Mozarteum (Salzburg), Polish Radio Lutoslawski Concert Hall,
the Council of Europe (Strasbourg), Goldensaal (Schwerin).
Eunsley won many awards such as: 3rd prize of the Tunbridge Wells Young International Concert Artists Competition, Help Musicians UK Postgraduate Performance Award, the Counter of Munster Award,
the Martin Musical Scholarship Fund/Philharmonia Meyer Award, the Albert Cooper Award, RCM "Rising Star",
and was a selected Park Lane Group Artist, Concordia Foundation Artist, Talent Unlimited Artist,
and a yeoman of the Worshipful Company of Musicians.
She has performed as soloist with orchestras such as the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra,
Guildford Symphony Orchestra, Oxford Symphony Orchestra, North London Symphony Orchestra,
London Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Orphica, Hanseatica Chamber Orchestra,
and with the Romanian Radio Orchestra.
Eunsley was broadcast on BBC Radio 3 for Proms Plus, BBC Radio 4, on Russian TvKultura and on Grampian TV.
Eunsley has participated and performed in international festivals and masterclasses, such as Mostly Mozart Festival, Klosters International Music Festival, IMS Prussia Cove, Keshet Eilon Violin Mastercourse, Salzburg Mozarteum, ISA, Encuentro de Musica y Academia Santander and the New Virtuosi mastercourse and has received guidance and mentorship from: Maxim Vengerov, Michael Frischenschlager, Zakhar Bron, Ana Chumachenco, Ivry Gitlis, Dora Schwarzberg.
Eunsley combines her solo activities with chamber music playing, orchestral work, and teaching.
Aside from duo playing with her long standing friendships with pianists such as Dinara Klinton, Petr Limonov, Maksim Stsura, Natalia Morozova etc, she is a member of the Minerva Piano Trio. As a keen and passionate chamber musician, she has furthermore collaborated with esteemed musicians such as:
Raphael Wallfisch, Robert Langevin, Michel Strauss, Claudio Martinez-Mehner,
Gilad Karni and Heime Muller (ProQuartet Paris).
Eunsley is currently a member of the 1st violin section at the Philharmonia Orchestra in London.
Previously she held the position of concertmaster at the Niederbayerische Philharmonie,
and has guest-led orchestras and other ensembles.
As a teacher, Eunsley has coached the postgraduate performance module at the Royal College of Music, has taught chamber music and violin at the RCMJD and also coached the Chineke! Junior courses.
She is also a mentor for the Philharmonia Orchestra Fellowship scheme.
Eunsley spent her formative years at the Yehudi Menuhin School, where her teachers were
Rosemary Warren-Green and Natasha Boyarsky.
During her time at the Royal College of Music in London, Eunsley won many awards and held the position of Junior Fellow (Constant and Kit Lambert Fellowship) from 2016-2017. She studied with Itzhak Rashkovsky on the artist diploma course as an RCM scholar supported by a Lydia Napper award.
Upon graduation she was awarded the Marjorie and Dorothy Whyte Award.
She graduated with her Masters in Music (Performance) with the highest marks as the recipient of a full scholarship (ABRSM), and with First Class Honours as an undergraduate scholar.
Eunsley also undertook an Postgraduate course at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst
in Vienna with Prof. Michael Frischenschlager.
She plays on a 1800 Lorenzo Storioni violin, generously loaned by a patron of the
Beare's International Violin Society.
